By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our application or contact forms, or by giving express consent in person or by phone, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Valor Talent Solutions related to:
- your job application and onboarding (e.g., application links, I-9/W-4 and paperwork reminders);
- available shifts and job opportunities that match your profile;
- scheduling, assignment, and staffing updates;
- customer care and account notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out and get help
- Text STOP to any message to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS.

- You can also reply START to resubscribe after opting out.
Consent is not a condition
Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying for or receiving any job, assignment, or service.
Privacy of your mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We collect the mobile number you provide and your messaging preferences (such as opt-in and opt-out status) solely to operate this SMS program. We do not sell this information.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
